Images of oil spills and deforestation interrupt the darkness. Fuel drums, tools and a wet-looking floor bring the damage into the room. Machinery replaces the forest’s sounds.
THE ENCOUNTER
Loss has a place.
The change is deliberate. The forest visitors just inhabited is being cut, emptied and polluted. The scene connects that destruction to living places and the people defending them.

Oil barrel, boots, tools, pipework and rusted corrugated surfaces; a simulated oil-slicked floor.
Media
Light-box prints and screens showing extraction and deforestation. Media selection is part of production.
Sound & light
Industrial sounds and controlled, flickering light change the atmosphere completely.
Materials and effects depend on the agreed production tier.
